Florio Perrucci Successfully Acquires Approvals for Major Real Estate Project in Deptford Township

A Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor team led by Louis Cappelli Jr and Robert Swartz recently represented Georgetown Advisors LLC in obtaining preliminary and final site plan approvals. The Deptford Township Planning Board approved plans to construct over 1 million square feet of warehouse space in the Five Points North and Central Redevelopment Area, located on Hurfville Road in Deptford Township. The project will consist of an 891,260 square foot warehouse and a 150,215 square foot warehouse. Preliminary approval was also obtained for an 8,000 square foot retail center.

For nearly two years prior, Cappelli and Swartz have represented Georgetown Advisors in pursuit of a redevelopment agreement along with development approvals for the development of the warehouse property.  Georgetown Advisors LLC received site plan approval for the project in October, 2020.
