Florio Perrucci Welcomes New Attorneys

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton, LLC welcomes new associate attorneys; Alyssa N. Biamonte, Joshua Glenn, Michael (“Mick) Pope, and Ashley Morgan Zimmerman.

Biamonte, Glenn & Pope are working out of the firm’s Easton, Pennsylvania office while Zimmerman is in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey Office.

Before joining the firm, Biamonte was a law clerk for Hon. H. Matthew Curry J.S.C. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Justice and a Certification Undergrad in Forensic Anthropology from Rowan University and her Juris Doctor degree from Appalachian School of Law. During college she volunteered with the Peetey Green Prison Program where she tutored inmates who were obtaining their GEDs, and she also volunteered with the Hackettstown Rescue Squad. While in law school, Biamonte was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, Criminal Law Society, she was a student ambassador, a student teacher for Trial Advocacy, and she worked as a paralegal at Reece Hale Robertson, LLC, drafting divorce decrees, settlement agreement, and assisted with criminal defense. She also worked as a Legal Intern for the Warren County (New Jersey) Prosecutors Office. She also volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (“CASA”) advocating for the rights of children who were in need. Biamonte is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Glenn recently graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law where he served as a Student Attorney for the law school’s Center for Social Justice, Family Law Clinic. He was a member of the Black Law Student Association and the Student Bar Association. During law school, he was a Law Clerk for a Beverly Hills, California law firm. He also spent a summer as a Law Clerk for Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor, LLC. Glenn received his B.A. from Kean University with a degree in Political Science, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Pope recently graduated from the Belmont University College of Law where he was on the Dean’s List and was awarded the Bruin Scholarship. While in law school, he was a member of the Student Bar Association, the American Inn of Court, and the Belmont Health Law Journal. During law school, he was a summer associate for a Nashville, TN law firm. He was also a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Ana L. Escobar in Nashville. Pope received his B.A. from East Stroudsburg University, summa cum laude, with a degree in Political Science. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Before joining the firm, Zimmerman was a law clerk to Hon. Michael J. Silvanio, J.S.C. where she drafted bench memorandums, final orders, and other legal documents for the Gloucester and Salem County Recovery Court. She also mediated small claims cases in the Special Civil Part as a certified court mediator. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Rowan University and her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School. During law school, she held numerous leadership positions including President of the Student Bar Association, Managing Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy; and Vice President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund. She was also a member of the National Trial Team. Zimmerman spoke at her law school commencement and received the Dean’s Service Award for her contributions to the law school and surrounding community. Zimmerman is actively involved in her hometown, Mantua, New Jersey. She previously served on the Mantua Township Board of Education and Mantua Township Land Use Board. She is a current Mantua Township Board of Health member. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
