FPSC Attorneys Selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers 2019 Lists

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor is proud to announce that Adrienne L. Isacoff, Esq. has been selected to the 2019 New Jersey Super Lawyers list, along with Kerry Cahill, Esq. and Katharine Fina, Esq., who have been selected to the 2019 New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.*

Super Lawyers selects lawyers on an annual, state-by-state basis, using a multiphase selection process that includes peer nominations and evaluations combined with its own independent research. The top five percent of the total lawyers in the State are then selected to the Super Lawyers list.

Adrienne serves Of Counsel in the firm’s Rochelle Park office. In 2018 and 2019, she was selected to the Super Lawyers list for her alternative dispute resolution practice, focusing on arbitration and mediation services for construction disputes. Adrienne serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association, and was selected by the AAA to serve on its Master Mediator panel for construction disputes. She also provides mediation services for the U. S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Superior Court of New Jersey and by private engagement.

Super Lawyers selects Rising Stars to recognize accomplished attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys.

Kerry was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars 2018 and 2019 lists for her business litigation practice. Kerry is an Associate based in the firm’s Phillipsburg office. She mainly focuses her practice on business transactions and litigation, primarily handling environmental, healthcare and insurance disputes.

Katharine was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars 2019 list for her construction advisement and litigation practice. Katharine is an Associate based in the firm’s Phillipsburg office. She mainly focuses her practice on bid disputes, construction litigation, and negotiating and drafting public contracts.
